This coffee comes to us from the Daye Bensa exporting company in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. It was grown in the Bombe mountains and dry fermented. Dry fermenting is a new process that requires very little water and also allows the coffee to begin the fermentation stage faster. It has amazing flavors of stone fruit with a floral acidity.
