Constellation is our preferred medium roast, consisting entirely of 100% Peru, Huabal Community Lot. This washed coffee boasts a rich sweetness with cherry notes and a satisfying milk chocolate flavor. We have enjoyed this coffee in various brewing methods, including espresso.
