Constellation is our preferred medium roast, consisting of 30% Honduras, San Vicente and 70% Guatemala, Chaak This washed coffee boasts a rich sweetness with cherry notes and a satisfying milk chocolate flavor. We have enjoyed this coffee in various brewing methods, including espresso.
