Constellation

Constellation is a coffee concept where we find a single origin coffee that hits all of the points we love in a medium roasted coffee.

Our first iteration of Constellation is made up of a fantastic coffee called Colombia, San Jose.

This washed Colombian coffee has tons of sweetness with some dark fruit flavors and a touch of brightness.

We have loved this coffee in every brewing method, including espresso.
