Constellation is our preferred medium roast, consisting of 30% Brazil, Rio Brilhante and 70% Peru, Perales Huancaruna S.A.C. This washed coffee boasts a rich sweetness with cherry notes and a satisfying milk chocolate flavor. We have enjoyed this coffee in various brewing methods, including espresso.
